Simple, fair terms for your automation.

By creating an account or using botmiq, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use botmiq on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

botmiq is a Facebook Page automation platform that provides:

• AI-powered Messenger replies and a visual chatbot flow builder with an AI Agent.
• Comment automation — auto replies, private replies, and moderation tools.
• Broadcast messaging to your Page subscribers, within Meta's policies.
• Post scheduling, auto-posting, and post analytics.
• A unified inbox, customer (people) management, and product catalogs.
• Optional integrations: Google Sheets/Workspace, Telegram, SMTP email, courier services, and your own AI provider API keys.
• We continuously improve botmiq — features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must own or be authorized to manage every Facebook Page you connect.
• New accounts may require owner approval before activation.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement.

botmiq is billed per connected Facebook Page.

• Price: BDT 499 per Page per month (the current price is always shown in the payment window; prices may change with notice).
• Free trial: every newly connected Page gets a one-time 7-day free trial. A trial is tied to the Page itself — reconnecting the same Page, or connecting it from another account, does not grant a new trial.
• Renewal & stacking: remaining days always carry over. For example, if 15 days remain and you purchase 1 month, your new balance is 45 days.
• Payment method: manual bKash/Nagad transfer to the number shown in the payment window, followed by submitting the transaction ID (or last 4 digits) for verification.
• Activation: your Page activates after we verify and approve the payment — normally within a few hours. Submitting a false or reused transaction reference will result in rejection and may lead to account suspension.
• No auto-renewal: we never charge you automatically. When a subscription expires, automations pause until you renew.
• Expiry: when a Page has no active trial or subscription, all automations for that Page (AI replies, comment automation, broadcasts, scheduled posts, and related tools) are paused. Your data is kept and everything resumes when you renew.

• AI model usage (tokens) is billed separately from page subscriptions through a prepaid AI wallet, topped up via the same bKash/Nagad flow.
• Wallet debits reflect actual AI usage at the rates shown in the dashboard. Every credit and debit is visible in your ledger.
• If your wallet balance reaches zero, AI-powered replies pause until you top up. Non-AI automations continue as long as the Page subscription is active.
• If you connect your own AI provider API key, that usage is billed by your provider directly and is not deducted from your botmiq wallet. You are responsible for your own provider costs and key security.
• Wallet balances and subscription fees are non-transferable. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support for payment issues.

You agree NOT to use botmiq to:

• Send spam, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or messaging policies.
• Harass, abuse, defraud, or harm others, or distribute malware or phishing content.
• Connect Pages you do not own or manage, or misrepresent your identity or business.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Abuse free trials (for example by rotating Pages to avoid payment) or submit fraudulent payment references.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and without refund for the affected period.

• You retain ownership of the content you create — prompts, flows, product data, images, and messages.
• You grant botmiq a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the service for you.
• You are responsible for the messages your automations send, including AI-generated replies. Review your prompts and flows, and configure them responsibly.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate. botmiq is not liable for business outcomes based on AI replies — human oversight is your responsibility.

• botmiq depends on third-party platforms — primarily Meta (Facebook/Messenger), AI model providers, and the integrations you enable.
• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, permission revocations, or API changes on those platforms, though we work to adapt quickly.
• botmiq is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may cause downtime.
• We may modify or discontinue features. For material changes affecting paid features, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

• botmiq is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, botmiq and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to botmiq in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• You may stop using botmiq and delete your account at any time from the dashboard or via our data deletion page.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent payments, legal requirements, or risks to the platform or other users.
• Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy's retention and deletion rules.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted in the dashboard where appropriate.
• Continued use of botmiq after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
